Our client had to set up their battery plant quickly and the factory was still in use, whilst construction work was still ongoing. We were commissioned to manufacture and install clear PVC partitions to segregate part of the factory off to allow production to continue alongside completion on the construction work. These temporary factory partition wall dividers kept dust and dirt out so production could continue. The wall dividers could also be moved to alternate locations as the construction work progressed.
Our clear PVC partitions are heavily reinforced to ensure longevity and can be fitted with or without a track. The advantage of installing our track is achieving a better and tighter fit while giving you the added bonus of being able to move the dividing wall curtain forward and back. If the track isn’t for you we can simply insert reinforced eyelets so you can fix to any desired fixing point.
The clear PVC is a popular choice for factories that require a lot of light. These can be manufactured either full length in clear or mostly solid coloured PVC with some vision panels made in clear. The PVC comes in a range of colours such as white, grey, blue or black; we can print on these covers so you are only limited by your imagination when it comes to design/colour. All our materials that are used are flame retardant so are extremely safe to use in these environments.
These dividers have been used for segregation control; such as in major laundry cleaning plants, they have been used to keep clean materials away from dirty materials. Using different colours for the partitions makes identifying which area you are in much quicker and easier. The dividers can also be clearly marked with important safety messages if needed.
These innovative wall curtains also aid heat retention within the factory and can be used as sound barriers to manage the noise levels throughout the plant. Please see link to case study on our acoustic controlled curtains here for more information.
These factory wall partitions could be used in warehouses and large factories. Talk to one of team members today to discuss any requirements you have.
